What we collect

The project form collects your name, email address, business name, optional website, selected service, budget range, project message, privacy agreement, submission time, and a reference identifier. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use it

Zamb uses your inquiry to understand your project, follow up with you, and manage the conversation. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or text messages. We also track whether the inquiry’s email notification was accepted by our delivery provider.

Storage and service providers

Inquiry details are stored in the website’s hosted database. The site runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend processes inquiry details to send an alert to contact@zambagency.com; that mailbox uses Google Workspace. These providers process data to operate the services we use.

Technical information and spam protection

The hosting platform may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser details, and essential security cookies. The inquiry form uses a hidden spam field and rate limits. To apply rate limits, the server temporarily stores hashed identifiers derived from the submitting email address and, when available, the connection’s IP address. These counters expire from use hourly; older counters are removed when subsequent inquiries are processed. Raw IP addresses are not stored in Zamb’s inquiry records.

Analytics and external links

With your permission, Zamb uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page interactions, and successful project inquiries. Google’s analytics script loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” It can process cookie identifiers, page and device information, and connection information. Our successful-inquiry event sends only whether the form was on the homepage or Contact page; it does not include your name, email address, business name, message, or inquiry reference. Advertising storage, advertising user data, Google Signals, and ad personalization are disabled in our site configuration. You can decline without affecting the website or contact form. Use “Cookie settings” to change your choice; declining after acceptance stops future analytics collection and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawal does not erase data already processed by Google. Fonts and brand images are served by this website. If you follow an external link such as Instagram, that service’s own privacy practices apply.

Retention and your requests

Inquiry records and related emails do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. Zamb retains them to manage project conversations and business records. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@zambagency.com from the address you used. Include the inquiry reference if available. We may verify your identity and may need to retain records required for an ongoing project or legal obligations.
